My name is Daniel Alexander. I work for Edisto Outdoors, an apparel company located in the United States.
Thank you for responding to our initial request. We are currently expanding our lines into the short sleeve polo style shirt. I have included a description file labeled polo style shirt that you can continue to use for reference.

3) understand the complexities of sourcing and strive to make the process as easy as possible while ensuring a quality product to our customers
In an effort to get to know you, please answer the following questions:
1. Manufacturer or sourcing agent Are you a manufacturer or a trade/sourcing agent? (We are considering both options)
2. Minimum Quantity - What is you minimum order quantity for production? For sampling?
3. Price - What is your average price per unit for a garment seen in the attachment? Does this price include all trim and fabric?
4. OEM - Are you an OEM? How much opportunity do you provide for customization?
5. Payment Terms - What are your typical payment terms?
6. Freight Options - Air Freight vs. Ocean Freight - Do you have the capability for Air Freight?
7. Sample Process - How does your sampling process work?
8. Lead Time - What is your production lead time? What is your sample lead time? How quickly could we have samples?
9. Quality - We are looking for a good quality product? How can you ensure quality of your product once production begins?
10. Photographs - Do you have any photographs of current items you supply?
