Attached are photos of our heating pad. Here are some specs we need with this pad.
120v input
12v output
Chew proof casing from pad to low voltage connector. (About 3 feet)
Flexible and waterproof design.
15" diameter.
Thin cloth cover with a zipper.
102 degrees max temp.
Outdoor rated design on all components.
Packaged in a box that can be shipped to our customers.
Quality components that wil not burn out.
Warranty for 1 year.
We are also looking for a thermostat that the pad can be plugged into which would regulate the on/off of the pad in relation to the outdoor temp. This would be a separate product.
Our volumes will be about 8000 to 10000 per year. We are soon being handled by Petco, so these numbers will most likely rise in the future.
